Refund policy

We offer a 14 day returns period for orders within the UK and 21 days for international orders from the date you receive your order. Item(s) must be sent back in the same condition as sold, with our tags still attached.

If your order is returned after the return period, we will issue you a credit voucher to use on our store.

 

Please contact us directly through our live chat or contact page to request a refund before you return your order. Postage costs to return the item(s) are covered by the buyer and initial postage costs cannot be refunded.

 

 

At SYLK we are committed to sourcing vintage and second hand clothing of excellent quality and condition however due to the nature of pre-loved items there is expected to be some signs of wear or minor flaws that do not effect the wear of the item. All flaws will be clearly stated in the description and/or photographed.

Please read descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing. If in the event that you have received an item where the fault was not listed in the description and/or photographed please contact us with a detailed description of the fault in your request. When returning any order we recommend using a tracked service, this is for your own safety. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit therefore can only refund orders that safely make it back to us.
