Italian vintage late 1990s khaki brown layered skirt with a distinctly tiered, swishy silhouette. The design combines soft corduroy/velvet-like body fabric with olive piping accents, curved waist paneling, and multiple ruffled lower tiers in printed and lace fabrics for a textured mixed-media look.
