Italian vintage Pancaldi & B late 1980s - early 1990s cream sheer blouse in a lightweight, drapey fabric with a soft satin-like sheen. Features a classic spread collar, full button front, and subtle blouson sleeves with gathered elastic cuffs; the airy semi-sheer finish gives it an elegant, fluid silhouette.
