Italian vintage 1990s black sheer ruffle top with a fluid lightweight handle and soft drape. Designed with a deep V neckline, ribbon tie front, cascading ruffle trim and fluted cuffs for a feminine slim silhouette. Semi-transparent fabrication gives it a delicate, airy finish.
