Vintage black 2000s halterneck maxi dress in a sleek, body-skimming silhouette with a draped neckline, sheer chiffon-like overlay at the bodice and hem, and a distinctive rhinestone/metal chain trim at the waist. The handkerchief-style skirt falls into pointed, irregular drapes for a soft, floaty finish.
