Vintage 2000s black tiered slip dress with delicate spaghetti straps, a softly scooped neckline, and airy layered ruffle tiers throughout the bodice and skirt. Made by Fenn Wright Mason from lightweight pure silk with a crinkled, fluid drape, giving the piece a floaty, romantic silhouette.
