Vintage 2000s pure silk black chiffon slip dress by Fenn Wright Mason. Featuring an all-over scattered polka-dot print in pale beige tones. The design has a straight tube-style bodice with thin shoulder straps, and dense ruched appliqué flower trim placed across the bust and down one side.
